Output
Mindpeak Prostate H&E generates colored overlays for Gleason patterns 3, 4, and 5 at the gland level on digitized prostate needle biopsy images. It provides automated quantification of tumor patterns and tissue ratios, along with precise measurements of total tissue and tumor lengths.
Workflow
Step 1: Access or select an image with the H&E stain, select the image for automated analysis.
Step 2: The result of the Mindpeak Prostate H&E analysis of the entire slide is displayed.
Step 3: Review, correct and adjust the results of the automated analysis in the integrated interactive viewer module.
Step 4: Make a final analytic decision.
Required Software
Mindpeak Prostate H&E is a stand-alone software module for automated image analysis. For interaction with the medical device, it must be integrated into an interactive image viewer software that allows the user to manually select or correct regions of interest for analysis with the medical device.
Required Hardware
Mindpeak Prostate H&E runs as a web service either in the cloud or on a dedicated on-premise server in the laboratory network. The cloud variant is specified and provided by Mindpeak or distribution partners and requires no additional hardware from the user.
