Segmentation of tissue into cancerous and benign areas
Whole-slide images are preprocessed by Mindpeak Metastasis Detection and the cases are triaged correspondingly. When the pathologist opens a case, suspicious areas with detected metastases are presented. The pathologist reviews them and provides the final diagnosis according to her/his assessment.
