Our interview process is designed to select the best matches. It allows us to explore how you think, solve problems, and collaborate while giving you a clear view of our work, culture, and expectations.
We aim to make sure for both sides that joining Mindpeak is the best decision. Here is an overview of the typical interview stages. The exact steps vary by role.
Intro call
A 30 minutes google meet with a member of our HR team who will pitch the company to you, explain you the potential role(s) and learn about your background and motivation
Interview with Team lead
A 20-30 minutes google meet with the team lead about your experience, problem-solving approach, and how your expertise could contribute to our work.
Skill Assessment (e.g. live coding challenge)
A practical exercise that allows you to demonstrate your skills and thinking process in a real-world context. (about 1 hour)
Get to know the team
An opportunity to meet members of the team and learn how we would collaborate in day-to-day work. This is done onsite when possible
Get to know the CEO
A final, short conversation with our CEO to align on our mission, values, and long-term vision.
